Hi Raj,
Yusuf Pathan is a great hitter of ball.
Did you remember his fastest century in IPL-3. Century in just 37 balls! with a strike rate of more than 270! Sharne Warne was astonished after seeing his ferocious 37-ball century.
I personally like him very much. He is a great entertainer. He has all potential of changing the direction of a match. If India is in a tight position and needs 50 runs to win from 10 balls and Yusuf is still there, there are good probability that India will win.
No doubt, he plays risky shots, who not play like this? Does Sehwag plays safe? Yuvraj plays safe? A few times Tendulkar himself has played silly shots and was shown the way back to pavillion. Yusuf he has proved himself in the past many times and will definitely be very helpful for India.
He is in the process of development and his game is improving with each match. He was great hitter always and now he has become more and more dangerous for opposition. I would rather call him "The King of Sixes." When he starts knocking the ball, you just see him with your mouth wide open, but he will not stop at any cost.
I hope he will once again show the world how good he is in throwing ball out of stadium. He will definitely show us some good innings in WorldCup. He has a bright future ahead. I wish him good luck.
Good Luck India!

Thanks Raj,
Anytime for you.
Yousuf Pathan, in IPL-1, he played from Rajasthan for Rajasthan Royals and with a fabulous strike rate of 179 made great 435 runs.
Because of his efforts and performance in IPL-1, he made a place in One Day Team.
......(You remember his superb "quickest fifty" in just 21 balls in IPL history)........
Then, Yusuf Pathan strikes again and makes "huge 316 runs against Newzealand!"
And recently, you know what he did in South Africa...yet another fantabulous performance....South Africans must be having bad dreams ("Darawaney Sapney") about Yusuf, beating their balls badly...HA...HA...HA...ROFLMAO!
One thing is for sure, Pitch Hitter will only make this worldcup HIT and the team best Pitch Hitter will win and who can be the best Pitch Hitter than Yousuf....He is in complete form....(touch wood)
GOOD LUCK INDIA!

ya surely he is a hard hitter of cricket ball.
his power is amazing.
he can simply change the flow of match.
i think, he had made his place sure in thw world cup playing 11.
although he is having only 2 centuries, but those two centuries speaks a lot.
he is a big asset for the indian team.

Hi Raj,
I am from Vadodara & Yusuf plays for Baroda Ranji Team. The ranji matches here usually have 20-50 spectators. The scene changes when Yusuf comes to bat. people call their friend's through Sms & immediately the crowd starts pouring in.
Other than his six hitting ability, two other features stand out:
1) playing under pressure. Many of his domestic centuries have also come under pressure. In one match he helped his zone chase 450+ score on the last day by scoring 150 !
2) Desire to improve. Last IPL his shortcomings against bouncers & raising balls was exposed. Yet this series, He handled raising deliveries pretty well. He has improved his square cut too !
The character that separates him from his brother is his humbleness. I am sure this one trait will make him more successful than other youngsters who have fizzled out.
Yusuf has already become the first Indian Batsman to score 2 centuries coming at No:7 ! What other records will he break ????

Definitely he is such a wonderful player in the world cricket who can entertain both with the bat and bowl.O f course he is a real asset to team India. But I have to say that he should be consistent in his performance. He has proved in South Africa that he an also be a match winner in the ODI games too.He was criticized by many for his big hitting nature with out looking the either sides demanding that he is suitable only for T-20 matches. But he have disapproved this theory now.

Hi raj,
I think he is almost equal to Kierron Pollard.I hope you know who Pollard is.Both of the batsmen are all rounders.Only their difference is in bowling.Pathan bowls spin while Pollard bowls Medium pace. These two cricketers have done wonders in cricket. These two batsmen have the strength of hitting the balls out of the park.Yeah,Yusuf has been changing the Indian history. His brilliant knock in the 5th ODI ensured India that in World Cup they are having chances to win till they are bowled out.All the low order batsmen done well in the 5th ODI but it was unfortunate that India lost the game.
Have a great weekend.

Pathan is in the form of he life. His heroics in the IPL prompted Shane Warn to call him the most destructive batsman ever he has seen. It was believed that Pathan can only hit spinners on slow Indian pitches. He is not good enough for fast quality ballers and fast pitches. He was therefore not picked for first 2 internationals against S.A.. He has proved his critics wrong by hammering likes of Steyn and Morkel for sixes. He is in best position now to create history for himself and for India in the forthcoming world cup. Let us all look forward to that.

yah....I have already discussed about it tomorrow..It was a nice performance and at the crucial time when India needed it badly..At a time it's looks like a miracle..
Though we have lost the match we have got something to cheer about and that's a rocking performance of Usuf Pathan.
What I can say is India got a perfect all-rounder who gonna rock this world cup and put it in the bag of India.
hope for the best ..happy mylotting
