What Should be Done With Drunk Drivers

I am sick and tired of hearing about people drinking and driving....you would think in this day and age, people would know better and not do it. I personally know three people who were killed by drunk drivers and there have been dozens, maybe even hundreds over the years killed in this area. I believe that if someone gets behind the wheel drunk and gets caught, they should be charged with attempted murder. If someone injures someone while drinking and driving, the drunk should be as well charged with attempted murder. If the drunk hits and kills someone while drinking and driving, THEY SHOULD BE CHARGED WITH MURDER, NO QUESTIONS ASKED....AND THEY SHOULD GET THE DEATH PENALTY...i strongly agree with the death penalty in cases of murder....if you kill an innocent person, you deserve to be killed....Is there anyone who is not in agreement with this?? If you are not in agreement with this, can you please tell me why?? Drunk drivers have to be stopped and one way to do that is to do away with them....taking there driving permits and locking them up for a few months DOES NOTHING AND INNOCENT PEOPLE ARE DYING BECAUSE OF THESE SENSELESS MURDERERS!
