This is one of those untold stories. I really want to watch this movie. It seems inspiring. Has any one watched it?

Absolutely inspiring... would recommend it. Best movie of the year so far in my opinion(Besides maybe "The Social Network") According to the movie it is based on true events of King George the 6th. It may have content that could be considered quite educational. See it for yourself... Don't want to spoil the movie with too much details. But a section of the movie which I found really amusing would be when the king's physician suggested that he should smoke to help calm his nerves. Loved that bit.

I found it very amusing when Lionel tells him "I think putting smoke in your lungs will kill you", quite revolutionary for the thirties!

I watched it and loved it. It's a beautiful story. How do you mean you never heard of him? He's Queen Elizabeth's father, it's not so far back in time...
I felt really touched by this movie.
