help, I need a device that can split my HDMI port

Hi myLotters, I need some help (: I'm using a Full HD monitor by philips but I only have one HDMI port on it. I have a ps3 and my computer has a HD video card by nVidia. I both want to use them in HD but I hate it to always switch the cables behind the monitor if I switch from device. I saw such a device for VGA ports a while ago, so I was wondering if it also exists for HDMI... The device I saw with VGA automatticly switched to the device you where using, but it was also controllable with a little remote. If it exists for HDMI I'm searching for one with 2 or 3 ports. I hope someone can share his or her knowledge (: -Milamber
