I was sleeping thru this afternoon and when I opened the TV after waking up, the news flash was: BUS EXPLOSION IN EDSA PHILIPPINES, ANOTHER TERRORIST ATTACK? I immediately prayed. What is happening to my country? Day after day, reports of people dying brutally are being shown. At first, only 2 people were reported dead in the explosion. Several were injured. After a couple of hours, death toll increased to 4. It's too depressing. No definite leads have been confirmed yet, although one angle that's being considered is terrorism. And this is a big possibility, even from my view. The bus was randomly picked. No particular target crowd. Just really a cry for attention. It was a heinous crime. I pray for the families of all those affected, especially the ones who died. I pray for my family, that they may always be safe and guarded from these crimes. I pray for all my fellowmen, that we may someday find it in our hearts to live in peace and harmony. I pray that justice will be served. Soon.

Since you portrayed yourself as a devout prayer, I hope that you will not tire of praying and hoping becuase it will take a while (or a very long while) before change or justice or anything else to happen regarding this incident. Depressing things always happen, whether we like it or not. The only thing that we should do is found the culprit and improve ourselves in order to protect ourselves from people who want us harm. Homore fawever, finding the culprit and bringing justice is difficult and delaying enough with incompetent and corrupt officials. The only hope we have is that the justice system doesn't betray us into a cycle of repetition of the same crimes that will only involve and destroy more lives and damage more families.

We should pray for our country. Things are getting really alarming. This recent bus explosion I believe is not a terrorist attack. This is one case of diversionary tactic. The recent carnapping/slay cases of Lozano and Evangelista were allegedly masterminded by the Dominquez brothers. Recent raids showed how powerful this Dominguez Carjack Gang is. The gang must have hired people to do the recent explosion so that the attention of the media, the public and the authorities will be diverted to this. They have been hot and in the news this days. Raymond has been arrested already and I believe more will fall one of these days if authorities will be true to their job instead of protecting this bad guys. So people of the Philippines let us pray for our country and let us pray that these bad elements be apprehended and punished immediately.
