I'm an office worker.Facing keen competitions,I have to study new knowledge for increasing my ability. If I want to get a better job,I must study at once.I want to study English and financial knowledge.Financil knowledge is the foundation of my work.English is my interesting subject.I have bought a lot of books about them.I work duing the day,so I have to study in the evening.Maybe I'm tired,so when I read the book,I want to sleep.I don't want like this? What should I do?

The first and foremost thing to achieve success is "Self Diagnosis". You must know what you are good at and what not. Everybody will have some time - when u have the best of concentration and comfort that u never feel bored. Always make sure that u love what you do. ( Or try to pressurise or motivate urself to a goal - if that is what suits you).
Make sure you don't cut down your sleep to below 6 hours. If it is in no way working for you in the evening, try waking up early.
Another important thing is "check your poster" - make sure that you are not in an "over-relaxing" position while you read.. This will make your body feel like you are trying to take rest and make you sleep. Hope these tips - I said these from my experience, hope it helps...

Thank you, aravindkrd.I have found my interesting thing is English.I can read an English book for a whole day.But my work don't need English.I'm an accountant,so financial knowledge is important for me.Maybe I should try waking up early to study. Although it's difficult for me to wake up early,if this way is effective,I'd like to try it!
