Tepui, Table mountains

The Tepuis are mountains in Venezuela that rise about 1000 meters from the surrounding landscape. They are in the south east in the state Bolivar and can be accessed only by plane through a touristical camp called Canaima. From there it takes about 4 days in a morotized boat to the bottom of the mountains where you can admire the worlds highest water fall the angel falls. On these mountains you will find a very exotic flora and fauna which is totally different to the surroundigs 1000 meters below. Untouched by civilization plants and animals developed in different ways on the ceiling of the world.. as the indian call the mountains.

Your description was very nice! I imagined what a journey it would be to get to such a pristine place. I imagine the world was built in order to protect such rare beauty like what I just read. Thank you so much for sharing this information. It is wonderful to learn of new and exciting places around the world.
