Are We Going To loose Internet In 2012

Is 2012 going to upset the internet world. What will happen to the computer world. So many of us earn our bread and butter form computer and online work. All of the system now is computerized. How the government of the countries going to behave and how we going to travel. We will loose our jobs. What do you guys think.

I don't think it will. I have my own opinions about 2012, but they involve things like big companies and the stock market (kinda like 1929...)... but like Eddie said, people made a big deal over y2k and nothing happened.

I highly doubt that we are going to lose the internet in 2012, remember when everyone went crazy over y2k because they thought the computers were going to expire... Still it would be an interesting thing to have to be in, not to have internet. Hopefully we would adapt.

I would love to see people boycott the internet. I give the Amish so much credit. Then again, you can't want what you've never had..

I don't think we'll lose internet in 2012. Whoever said that to you is a moron and probably lives inside a cave and scratches his/her butt all day long.

Ah...shades of Y2K. I think the same thing will happen that happened then, which was...umm...oh yeah, nothing happened!

It's so hard to know anymore. There are so many different theories on how things will go. I don't think the world will end in 2012. I remember hearing something not to long ago about a shift in the earth or something that is going to effect the satellites and therefore cell phones and stuff like that would not get signal. I guess we'll just have to wait and see what happens. I'm just going to try to focus on getting through 2011 for now.

I hope we do not because I use to make money and to shop new era hats for myself because here were i live they do not sell them.
