Hi, I am always having a hard time taking care of my husband suffering from gout because of the uric acid in his joints. Yeah, I think so it is dangerous if you cannot manage your diet properly. He's unable to walk without a cane when the pain attacked him. What I did is do a research for his case. For his proper diet and I found out that fruits and vegetables especially the one that is high in fiber is the best to flush out uric acid like apple, and cherries. However, I cannot afford to buy many fruits for him due to financial constraint. My grandma suggest to make a cup of tea of this tiny plant for him. This is very common in our place (we call it singaw-singaw or pancit-pancitan). I do this everyday and serve him a cup of pancit-pancitan tea twice a day.
