ALTHOUGH no two houses are exactly alike, boredom problem common to many young people today. In the past, it seems that the situation was not so bad. Many years ago, more families do everything together so it is more familiar. But for many young people now "home"is just a place to stay, places to eat and sleep.
Is boredom never be your problem?

Sometimes I get bored but there are so many technologies out there that I dont get bored a lot. But sometimes I get bored with technologies and want something else to do... Go on a scenic walk, play a board game, etc

That's what I experienced and always be the experience of my life, technology is always making us entertained and enjoying every second of life, but I'm not the type that maniac with all that, sometimes I get bored with it all, I want to walk in crowds, playing with kids kids enjoy the atmosphere outside.

Yes, you are right, now there's no reason for us to say bored to stay at home, many means of entertainment that can be forgotten time and relieve boredom, it is generally accepted to any person, on the other hand, there is an awkwardness for people like me, all that not entirely be the pleasure of enjoying the time, the outside world and the crowd is fun for me, this is really bad reality for me.

Actually, I felt so bored at home sometimes. Well, I can't go out that often either, the gas price is high, and my money is tight. I simply want to save extra bucks in my pocket rather than overspend on entertainment. Well, that is life actually.

Boredom has always been my problem ever since i was a kid. I am the youngest in the family and since my sisters and i have huge age gaps, they have their own set of friends and i am always left alone. As a kid i played by myself at home or watch tv since i don't have friends in my hometown because i studied in another city. I just get used to being alone and being bored that i was able to cope with them. I just watch tv, play games by myself. And right now i am still left alone since i am working at home and the internet has been my consolation.

I always spend time with the maximum, the maximum in time, or the maximum point.
Maximum time: sleep.
Maximum point: learn the language - can also be online, or self study / autodidact with the purchase of books that help.
Other options:
- learn crafts (can be sold later)
- Clean up the house (well, a lot of reward)
- Learn your own computer applications
- Writing
- Continue browsing online.

Hi. kendeded2011. I have been bored for four months before we had Internet and an T.V. in our home. I begged my husband and bugged him about getting these items into our home. Even when we have a computer/laptop, I still get bored at home a lot. I try to find so many things to do that will occupy my time.

Boredom is never really my problem, because I can handle it very well. I used to live in a very small town, with no friends. But thankfully, I got internet, so it chase my boredom away. Actually I like staying at home when I am alone. But of course, I wouldn't refuse if being asked to go out and have some fun.

Hello to you! I have to say i agree with you. THis is a problem that i have too, and not only me, many people. Since don`t have a job, and i finished college, i spend almost all my freetime at home, because i don`t really have so much money to go out every day. So, sometimes i stay at home a whole week without going out, so it is then when i get bored, i get sick of tv, and internet, and so on.

boredom is always the problem at home. Sure, there is technology like the computer, TV, etc., but when I use it for a long period of time, I get tired of using it and hello boredom. It is also because of the lousy internet connection and the broken technologies that makes it boring at home. :|

Boredom is a problem for many people. But it depends on the way we think. If the home is full of people and work and then never it is boredom. It all depends on the way how we think. Home is everything. After a hard day's work, home is the place where we find happiness.

I am hardly ever bored at home. that usually comes from going somewhere and doing something I'm not really interested in. When i am at home, this is a place for relaxing and taking it easy., I can never find that to be boring.

For me I can not say i am bored staying at home.I was the youngest of three siblings. The age gap between me and my elder brother is 3 years old but we play most of the time.Since we are all males our parents taught what female can do.So whenever our parents are busy me and my brother do the tasks what a woman can do you know all the girls stuff so I don't get bored and I also do that up to this time whenever my wife is busy.

it seems that with all the technology today, who could get bored? but i seem to be bored a LOT. i find my self a lot of the time on the internet being bored, even though there are hundreds, millions, trillions of things i could be doing right now. I feel like we take advantage of what we really have. like, if i get bored i can just text a friend and go hang out, but what about when we didnt have texting? or even cell phones, or phones at all?! it seems more and more people in this day and age are bored (although i dont personally know anyone from over 100 years ago) but it seems like there are more people bored now than there are then. we need to stop and think about all the technology we have at our fingertips and start using it!

It is our luck that we all have computers these days because honestly, i wouldn't survive without it when i"m bored.
no one likes to be alone for a long time and we all can use a little bit of company for a couple of hours a day, or even more.
This is the perfect time to learn new things and get new hobbies.
