my super friend at work is leaving because she wants to find herself to other place. i am pretty sure that i will miss her because shes my buddy at work and after work. we do break at the same time, share plates while eating. shes a true friend and a cool friend. but i can guarantee to her that i will pray for her always and i will be her friend till the end.
honestly i dont want her to leave, but im not in the right tract to hold her back because its her life and she wants a new life there. which i understand, its for the future.

If this was a personal choice, then I guess you couldn't really do anything with it. As a friend, all you can do is wish her well.
And who knows, this could even be a better test for your friendship. Or at least an expansion of your circle.
Wish her luck!

Hi. It's really hard when a buddy of yours at work leaves, whatever the reason might be. A lot of things will change. Those things that you got used to doing with your friend like taking your breaks together are the hardest to forget. You might even feel alone. I've been in the same situation and I can empathize with you. But it will pass. You'll find another buddy or buddies at work. They, of course, may not replace the friendship that you have with your super friend, but they could at least help fill in the void. Everything happens for a reason, and I think whatever is in store for the both of you, whatever the outcome of your friend leaving the company, I'm sure will be good.

I can relate to this one when my friend left for Thailand. I wanted to hold her back but i knew that i didn't have the right to do so because i want her to have a better life in another country. As friends we should be supporting our friends' decision for their success.
I am happy that she is happy where she is and we are still communicating with each other.

That's the way I feel every time a close buddy at work decides to leave for greener pasture. And I had two friends who left. So after the second friend left, I realized that you can't have someone close to you that will not go. So whenever I make a friend I try not to be too attached because I know one day she's going to leave. But of course we check on each other from time to time in FB but nothing compares the real presence of being together as friends.
