If anyone out there has OCD maybe we could start a discussion going such as what kind of treatments help you not to be so obsessed with your thoughts or compulsive about specific behaviors.

that was just the short cut letters i was looking for when i just done my discussion. i really think i have it. isnt that where you are afraid of many things and you worry over if everything is not perfectly laid out? i have Copd which is unable to breath well, and i was thinking how funny it is, that i probably have the same letters in my other disease, minus the P...
