There was a golden chance to win the one day series in South Africa but India has lost the chance. It think it may be good for Indian cricket team because if Indian cricket team able to own the series the confidence level of Indian play became high. So it could be affected the Indian Cricket team for their high confidence level. As the confidence became high they will take all the team lightly. I think that may affected our team. So i think it is good for Indian Cricket team that they had lost the series in South Africa.

There is nothing to lose from the series loss to SA.... Infact India will have the confidence that, despite of having Gambhir, Sehwag and Tendulkar out of the team, they have managed to perform like a world class team... And if you observe, thats the only area India were weak, the Opening Batting...
So, its wont be a problem... Also the two special Yusuf performances are superb signs before WC... Also Yuvi is bowling really well....

Who told confidence level will lead to failure.Confidence level only bring india to attain this position u cant forget or refuse this.
They had played well ,unfortunately they lost.If Pathan had surrvive for one more over then match will surely turned to indian side.They could have won the series first time in SA soil.
Never underestimate the confidence level...

In a way you are right. Even though, I was very much disapointed, when the entire Indian batting failed in the final match, I was very happy with Pathan's form. In a way, I also feel, that this defeat might jolt Dhoni's men, and they will play carefully, in the world cup.
Yes it is good for the Indian cricket team.

If all people think the way you think, then then India should not own even a single match ,as each win will increase the confidence level of the team.
