childhood numbers

Mine has to be Space Oddity by David Bowie. I remember hearing it in the car in 1975 when i was 11 and it just blew me away. All my music had been "kid's music" up until then but this just blew me away. So strange but compellling. There was a video for it too, which seemed "way out" at the time, but seems a bit cheesy now. Bowie wears a silver space suit which looks like it's made of tin foil.

I can't remember all words off hand or the title but My favorite songs during my child hood were pretty woman and that other song, the one by the beach boysa bout bahama and come on pretty mama. I used to sing thosje very off key as a kid. lol!
