What would you choose?

If you were able to live to the age of 90 and retain either the body or the mind of a 30 year old for the last 60 years of your life, which would you want? Why?

Can't I have both? LOL. Actually I think I'd chose the mind and let my body go ahead and age naturally. The thought of mind getting senile is really scary to me.
