This is not possible at all. I am 100 percent sure that there may be something wrong with you. This is also possible that you've invested or send the money for something which is not remembered by you. One thing you can do is to check the history, see all the transaction details carefully. If you find anything wrong then send a support ticket to AlertPay. AlertPay has many securities, nobody can use your account unless he know your password, nobody can transfer any amount without PIN. If anyone already did something wrong with your account then you can find the details easily by verifying your transaction history.

Just check your history if you had spent that money or someone had hacked your account and stolen your money . this should not be happen as they have IP detectors if you try and log in from the other IP than the IP you most use you need to answer security questions before managing your account.

Are you sure you didn't use your balance for renting referrals or something like that?Alertpay can't reset your balance to zero just like that.Check the list of transactions, maybe you'll find an answer there.I doubt if you're account is hacked.
