Who would you want to see in the upcoming royal rumble? Royal rumble surprised us in the previous years. With 40 men battling on sunday who would you want to see in the ring? Particularly those who are not part of the roster. A surprise appearance perhaps? Personally, i would want to see the following goldberg lesnar evan bourne sting dudleys bob sapp the rock hbk hhh since most of the guys who i really want to see are in TNA, the appearance of the abovementioned wrestlers would be possible. Although, highly unlikely i guess, but I am still hoping to see a great show with surprises.

I would love to see HBK as a surprise entrant. He's my all-time favorite! :D But I'm not sure otherwise. I usually like Rumble surprises I'll be fine with anyone. But maybe Roddy Piper. :)

I think any of them that make Raw appearances from time to time could be in the Rumble. I wonder if Lawler will, since he has been wrestling a bit these past few months.

Honestly, i respect lawler but i think the rumble can still look good without him. No offense mate. However, there is a possibility but he is currently feuding with the miz. Lawler vs miz at the mania is not interesting.

yeah, piper! I would love to see legends in the upcoming WWE All stars game. Howver, it may be highly unlikely due to the fact that some of them are under contract with other wrestling companies.

I think that there's no possibility of Goldberg and Lesnar making a come back to WWE again. Would be great to see Trible H making a surprise entrance followed by Undertaker when Kane is dominating in the ring. Last year, Edge made a surprise appearance and won the rumble... There is no reason why Trible H could do the same as as well. And then on the no way out pay per view, Trible H can take vengeance on Sheamus. We really need HHH and the undertaker back in action sooner than later as road to wrestlemania will begin shortly after the rumble.

Goldberg can make a special appearance mate. Remember how RVD came out of nowhere last year? Since goldber is free from any contract he could be making a special appearance. Lesnar is still with UFC so i really think its highly unlikely. A triple H return would be nice but honestly I am not looking forward to it. I want to see a heel triple H instead. I do believe he does not need a championship match or a belt. He is currently at the part of his career where he should put over the young guys. Undertaker return is also nice and it is very much anticipated but the best part of that would be seeing him in his american badass costume! That would be great right?

lex luger can join, the ultimate warrior? I highly doubt, Macho man? Well he promoted the WWE all stars video game but his issue with the WWE would halt him from coming back. If I am not mistaker he has an issue with vince mcmahon and the WWE management.

really excited about the royal rumble. one of the pay per views that i anticipate. this year's rumble has 40 participants instead of the usual 30, clearly an indication of the number of surprise entrants that they will have this year. i've looked through a number of wrestling sites and it has been confirmed that booker t and kevin nash are some of the surprise entrants in thsi year's rumble. both booker t and kevin nash were scheduled to appear in the comic convention but pulled out at the last minute. jim duggan will also make an appearance as well as christian. it is unsure though if christian is actually joing as a competitor in the royal rumble but he was spotted without his armsling on. i think he comes in the royal rumble like what edge did the last time out. except for his injury, i think, there is really nothing wrong with giving christian a big push to be a title holder. a rivalry with edge is something that has been done before but definitely something worthy to look into. as for the discussion, i would love to see lesnar get back in the ring. think about it, lesnar winning in the rumble in such a dominating fashion is a great start to build up his feud with undertaker in wrestlemania. remember in lesnar last mma fight, he lost to cain velasquez, taker was there in the audience and was interviewed. during the interview, lesnar, conveniently passes by and the two exchange words. in my opinion, that is all scripted and bigger and better things are in store for all the fans who want to see an undertaker-lesnar match in wrestlemania. one thing that might stop this one is undertaker's health. also another thign is undertaker's request to have a feud with wade barrett as undertaker sees wade barrett as one of the future superstars in wwe. come to think about it a three way feud involving undertaker, lesnar, and barrett is not such a bad idea either. a current wwe legend, an upcoming star, and a returning prodigal son seems like a good storyline for wwe at this time. another superstar that i would love to see participate in the royal rumble is stone cold steve austin. given the fact that he will be hosting /coaching/training the contestants in wwe tough enough, i think the royal rumble is a good ppv to re-introduce stone cold to the wwe fans. he can pull off the same stunt he did last time out he joined a rumble. he can be eliminated early on but since the officials won't notice it, he gets back in the ring and opens a can of whoop-a$$ on a good number of superstars. he finishes the rumble until the end and squares off against wade barrett (yes i want barrett to win it all this year) and steve will eliminate barrett. out of nowhere vince mcmahon storms into the ring and tells teh official about austin beign eliminated early on. the video is shown in the titantron and there is much delay. officials review the tape and decided that austin is indeed eliminated. here is a bigger surprise... mcmahon decides to restart the royal rumble and puts back all the wrestlers who were eliminated by austin. everyone comes back in the ring at the same time, a good number perhaps 10-12 including wade barrett, and the rumble resumes. wade barrett, eventually wins the rumble with the assist from his corre cohorts. vince mcmahon joins the corre in the ring during the celebration and we witness the birth of the new corporation, i'm sure you guys remember the corporation of vince with big boss man, corporate kane, chyna, ken shamrock et al, corre-poration!

I am holding out hope that this will be the year that the Mean Street Posse will return to reek their unholy revenge and take over WWE but I'm likely to be disappointed. :) No seriously, I think that Triple H is pretty much a given to return in the Rumble and there's a pretty strong chance that he could win. Skip Sheffield might make a return as well I would think. I don't think Booker T has anything better to do(unless he returns as part of...well you know), so maybe he'll show up. I think maybe a couple of old Hall of Famers might return. Maybe Sgt. Slaughter or someone along those lines. Jim Duggan could return to repeat his feat from the first Royal Rumble. I'd like to see Lesnar return and smash everyone but its very unlikely that he'll be allowed to participate. Maybe the Undertaker will return in the Rumble or at least make an appearance. Christian but I think he still might be out a couple more months. Maybe, Awesome Kong could show up in the Rumble. That idea actually has been talked about a couple of times. With forty people I think there are a few surprises.

Slaughter and Duggan can join but I think it would just serve as a tribute for them. A simple way to be show appreciation to the hall of famers. Skip sheffield could be a good entry but i think he is not yet ready for the big push. justin gabriel is way better than sheffield in my opinion.

that could be good, I would also love to see sheffield, tarver, and darren young on cena's side. that would be great. however, they do not look good as a stable. a temporary group for the rumble perhaps but a stable with cena, young, tarver and sheffield is not that interesting. I would rather see cryme tyme and cena together.

Looks like I might be right about Booker T showing up. And Kevin Nash might be a part of the Rumble as well. At least that's what the rumor is right now. We'll have to wait and see for tonight.

lets just hope that lesnar can barge in and destroy everyone in the ring. Im hoping UFC president Dana White could at least allow him to make a special appearance if not for the royal rumble perhaps for wrestlemania.
