These are the teams that are left and here are my predictions on this round of games.
Roma - Shakhtar Donetsk
Winners: Roma
A.C. Milan - Tottenham Hotspur
Winners: AC Milan
Valencia - Schalke 04
Winners: Valencia
Internazionale - Bayern Munich
Winners: close, van bommel was a big loss but I'm going with Bayern
Lyon - Real Madrid
Winners: Real Madrid
Arsenal - Barcelona
Winners: Barcelona
Marseille - Manchester United
Winners: Man U
Copenhagen - Chelsea
Winners: Chelsea
What do you guys think?? Who will win the champions league.

I agree with all of your predictions except I think shakhtar will beat Roma and inter will beat bayern. I think barca will won. They have played really well this season and as long as no one gets hurt they should go far.

I think the big favorites are Barcelona. All other teams seem to have gone back this year, while Barcelona still seems very strong. Chelsea are really playing bad in the league and Champions League could be their path to glory, so they might be one of the top teams. I am actually looking at AC Milan as the progress that they have really made this season would be visible in the Champions League.
So these for me are the three teams to look for.

It too early to tell but my predictions for the knockout phase are the following.
Roma vs Shaktar Donetsk Roma win on away goals 2-2
A.C Milan vs Tottenham Hotspur Spurs win 3-2 on aggregate
Valencia vs Schalke Valencia win 2-0 on aggregate
Inter vs Bayern Tough one to chose but its gonna go for 3-3 Bayern on away goals
Lyon vs Real Madrid Lyon will win 2-1 at home but lose overall 4-3 on aggregate
Arsenal vs Barcelona Barcelona win 4-2 on aggregate
Marseille vs Manchester united United win 1-0 on aggregate
Copenhagen vs Chelsea Chelsea win 4-0 on aggregate

The big boys - Real, Barcelona, Bayern, Man Utd and Chelsea - will be there. While I would like Barcelona to win it, thou I am an Arsenal supporter. But I think it will be Real Madrid who will have the joy. The one factor that will swing the title to them, Jose Mourinho. Much hatred but I got to admit he is very good especially in the Champions League.

I think that Barcelona has no rival this season. I hope that Bayern will win it, but Barcelona is too strong. I am sure that Bayern will have no big problems revenging last year final, just because the second leg is in Munchen and Bayern likes to take revenge. Other teams which will qualify in my opinion are: Milan, Schalke, Lyon, Barcelona, United and Chelsea. Lyon was always final destination for Real, hope to be this season as well.

I think Barcelona or Real Madrid will win this one.
Though I would like to see the Gunners lift the trophy.

As a United fan, I will absolutely go for United 
...But, I believe there are two or three teams that can rival United in pursuit for the European glory, namely Barcelona, Real madrid, and Bayern Munich, or even Internazionale (either one, but I will stick for Bayern as well) 
...
