water has a big help in having a diet. you can drink lot of water before eating meals.in that case, you can eat less and control of having more carbohydrates in take. what do you think guys?

Hi. I think there's some logic to that. Drinking a glass of water immediately before a meal kind of satiates you since you had put something in your stomach. So your food intake lessens when you're eating. Your stomach is almost full already. Well, it's a grade-schooler logic. Let's hope someone could give us a more scientific opinion on this :)

u think its a grade-schooler logic but dont u know that lot of people forget the simple way method. usually people do exaggerated acts. water is a big help perhaps u didnt apply it in your daily routine thats why.

This is one of the best way to remain slim, but it effects our digestive system in the long run. Water reduces the production of all the essential enzymes needed in the process of digestion, which makes the digestive system weak. In return there is less absorption of minerals and vitamins in the system.
