Bad People Treatment

Why are people so nice to people they don't like/can't stand/ hate (whatever the hell your terminology for the feeling is)? It just doesn't make sense to me. You get from the world what you put in to it. If you're a bad person, you're going to get nothing but bad things from the world. If you're an a$$ to me, I'm gonna be an a$$ back. If you put a knife in my back, I'm not even gonna turn around. I'm gonna walk fifty feet away, turn around, then watch and laugh as all your best friends disappear from around you, and when you come crawling back to my bridge, I'm gonna make you pay a heavy toll before I allow you to use it freely again. What are your opinions on this subject, myLot?

This is the beauty of being human. We don't hurt each other just like that. We are sensible, mindful of our fellow. Yes, we don't walk away from bad people and still offer hand of friendship. This is the way God want us to be with our fellow. If a fellow throws a stone at you, throw back a bread instead. It's hard to imagine but if we think and feel like human, we can understand the logic of it!

Religion is a good answer. My personal views say otherwise, though. You get from the world what you put in to it. If you want good things, you have to give them. If someone trats you badly, you don't treat them badly back, you nonchalantly refuse to be nice to them, or mean to them.
