Incrasebux doesn't pay??

I have also requested for payment on incrasebux this month and as per their terms of conditions site requires one month to make the payment. If anybody requires instant payment then he has to pay some amount around $3.50 and be a member of something. I got this message when I requested for payment. How come you did not see this message?

I requested my first payout at Incrasebux today. When I did that, I saw they said my payment will be processed in 30 days. So, if you requested yours on the 6th of January, you must wait until the 6th of February to see if they pay. I also saw somewhere a message who said that if you are complaining or send a ticket for this matter, your account will be suspended. So you must sit and wait, my friend.
