hello everyone,
I am a college student and usually when I am at the class I feel bored and then I got sleepy. All I do is to get up to my sit and go to the comfort room or maybe I talk to my classmate and have some fun. but the fact is how can I understand my lesson if I am always like that?
how about you what do you think?
what will you do when you got sleepy ?
thank you.

hello thanks for your response,
LoL, that's what you do?hmmm quit fun, I will try it though I am not good in drawing. haha the things I usually do is to chat with my seat mate even I don't understand the lesson at all. Hmm but now I realize that it is too bad because I cant even adopt the lesson.
thank you again,
I will try what you have said.

you can go to the comfort room and rub your eyes with a little water or if you like you can wash your face so you can be refresh. It is a proven thing to do, there's no harm in trying.

i would suggest that you should sit in front of your professor. that way, you need to be attentive in the discussion. also, to avoid from being "sleepy". also, try to eat chewing gum or candy that is something mentholated flavor, it will keep you awake...

Hi Tina! Have you heard of kiamoy? It is the red plum that is a combination of sour, sweet and salty taste. Hahah! It never fails to wake me up.

I always seat in front so I won't be tempted to fall asleep. But whenever there's a seat plan, and I'm falling asleep, I doodle and when I see my seatmate also falling asleep, we chat by writing our messages through our papers so won't be able to disturb those paying attention to the discussion. Or I just look outside.

Frankly speaking, I used to sleep in the class. Some instructors are lack of experience and less professional, so their classes are extremely boring. Sometimes I even skip classes... Thus I learned most of the courses by myself. But I didn't skip all the classes, some professors are excellent and I went to the classroom an hour before the class began, in order to get a good seat. What I want to say is that you should make an arrangement for yourself, so that you are able to spend your time more reasonable, and you could learn more at college.
