I was sick for two moneths and couldn't do any exercise because of the medication was too strong. I could onky rest and keep on eating at that time. By the time I don't need to take anymore medication, I found out that I have already gain 7 Pounds. Poor me.... . Then I start to do my jogging all over again and ran like a dog.I used to jogged about 4000 feet about ten rounds in the track field.I have a new record which was 6000 feet, and it was baout 15 round. As I really ran like a dog. But still, my weight is just the same, well that's why it si easy to gain weight but always hard to lose weight. What do you think and share with u about your experience.

Hello there pangyao!
How I wish I could also gain weight like you.
I am slim but I do not like my body type.
I like to be a little fatter.
While you struggle to loss weight, I am also struggling to gain some.
But I do exercise too.
Not jogging and running though.
I do some simple small muscle toning exercises like squats, push ups and dumb bells.
I think that will help you too.

Hello, Irene.Thank you for your response again. By the way, what is pangyao??? IS it a name OR is it A WAY TO SAY HI?Hey I would like to be slim a bit more and it would be a good news for my belly if I can be slim in the belly . I used to do push up and dumb bell as well, but my shoulder was hurted with sports injury after some push up last years, so I can do it anymore. That,s why , I can jsut do some minor excercise and I don't think it would be any help for my weight loss anyway. Well, it is better than no exercise at all anyway. If you like to gain weight , it is eays. Just keep on eating chocolate or food like hamburger or steaks. ice cream would help too. All these food are not healthy food but you can be sure you will get some more weight faster than you can think of.If I were you, I rather gbeing a bit slim and be more health.Once you gain weight, then it will be hard to lose weight. So , don't be fat and don't be slim, but be somewhere in the middle and be healthy at all times.Have a good day.

It is really devastating to exert all efforts but fail in the end, especially in losing weight. Working out can really help but sometimes, we do not have the time for it or we are not motivated to do any physical activities. I eat a lot, I love eating and most diet programs hinder me to do so. Good thing, I have learned of one that allows me to eat to lose weight. The process is to determine your body type so that you can design your meal plans. However, this is not like the others that only make you eat a small portion and tasteless meals, it actually has a lot of very tasty recipes that even non-dieters would enjoy. You may find my website on my page and you may read my articles there if you like. There is also a link to a free video that would discuss the diet more thoroughly. I hope that would help. :)

I don't exercise and I wish I could do. I am a person who doesn't stick to it! Anyway I should lose some weight but age,bad habits and an eating problem had put that on hold! Once I learn to eat better, eat less and get my eating problem in control I will lose some weight! Until then I will work on the other things!

It is really discouraging when we aren't able to lose the kind of weight that we would like to be losing. I've been struggling with my weight for the vast majority of my adulthood and it really isn't any fun at all. However, I'm finally making steps in the right direction. I know that each little achievement that I am able to make is a good thing. The thing that is the most discouraging for me, however, is the fact that the weight is coming off, but the sizes of my clothes are not changing as quickly as I would like for them to.

Please be patience, that your weight is increasing due to side effect of medicines.
Drink plenty of water, have light exercise which you can do easily, take a light meal which contains less or zero fatty or oily, and if possible take less diet.

I think you really need to be very, very patient when you are trying to lose weight. And since I am not a very patient person by nature, that is pretty hard for me. But being patient and letting it take some time is the only healthy way to do it. So you can do it, just don't give up yet, and give it some more time!

I'm more or less in the same situation as you are, jogging is my favorite exercise, but I couldn't do it in the past two months, because we've had quite a rough winter here, and I'm slowly gaining weight. I have a lot of work cut out for me when spring comes.
I hope I'll manage it, partly because I really miss jogging, I can't wait for the snow to melt so I can go running again, and partly because I eat mostly fruit and vegetables in spring, so that should help too. But for now, it looks like I have one more month of waiting and gaining weight. I feel like a hibernating bear
