In answering every question here in myLot, are you in a hurry? or you answer only in 3 to 5 sentences, then jump to another? or you answer with care? Then, why? and what's the proper way in answering, can you tell me?

I don't know if there is really a proper way as long as your polite and considerate in your responses and unoffensive. I find there are times when my response can be quite lengthy while other times the response can be rather short. I like to think that my responses reflect the care I give to the responses i give. Basically i would say if one responds, one should try to stick to the topic and answer the questions to the best of one's ability. From what I understand one earns based upon the quality of the discussion as well as the quantity. I read through many topics and only answer those i believe I can provide a productive response. Hope this helps.

Yes, it doesn't matter how long or short the sentences as long as you're on the track. Great!

I try to be as simple as possible , I don't care about how many sentences but it just happens for me. I always try to justify the question and post best answer in my opinion or as much as I know. I have been here from last two years and I am still learning as my first language is not English.

Good of you for staying here that long. Me, it's only 6 days. Try to study English language so that you can answer discussion in an easy way.

Never I did. I responded to questions here which I think I can relate, thus no need to be in a hurry. Finding topics to respond to is like finding something to which you can feel and shared the best opinion the way you want to express it, just like finding ways to express your thoughts and emotion. Issues seems you find the same with your experiences, and thus makes me more expressive and not in a hurry. If we just response here for a profit, we could not give essence and value to our shared opinion and views.

When I first joined Mylot my only goal was to earn $$$. Until I fall inlove with Mylot. This is now my sanctuary where I could freely share the other side of me which I couldnt do in real world. this is the place I post my every sentiments, my questions that I couldnt answer by myself alone. So this is where I open myself to the world. That is why in every discussion I answered or started I always give my own best. for the proper way of answering i think we should just be polite in our every responses posted no matter if we have a contradicting or agreeing insight from other responses . Just maintain a healthy debate.

For me, i first would read the discussion. Then read some responses that may be in line with my answer. When i find an answer that i agree with, i would comment and say so myself and expound on it. Generally, i answer as simply as i can and just let my flow of thoughts come as i type. When i am done , i would again look for other discussions that may interest me. Happy Mylotting!

Hello there Sir FX! Most of the time,I take time answering the discussions. There are times, when I really like the topic,I didn't know I had so many sentences made already, lol! I see to it that I reply in a well-written and well explained post and before I submit the response,I re-read it to see if I have some wrong spelling or wrong grammar. I answer in a letter form. Usually,I start with a greeting then answer the discussion as a body of the letter and end up in a closing remark. You seem to post many discussions Sir FX. You're enjoying it here. See you around and happy mylotting!

I say what I have to say in a few words and try not to ramble on and on. I think that we are not 'at school' here and that if we say what we would say if we were holding a conversation, then we will be understood better, especially by those who have less knowledge of the English langauge. I am me and type exactly as I would speak

I always answer to those topics only about which I have little bit knowledge and mostly I never rush for answers only but to learn from those questions and answers regarding topic. So thats why my average daily is about 5 to 6 but some days it grows up to 10. Some times I only read topics without answering because I think my other colleagues of mylot has already given good reply which is enough. I am a good learner so always trying to find those topics which can increase my information and knowledge further.

Well, depends on the question, if it's really interesting (not many are to me) and I have the time, will and the knowledge of it than I might right a long post. Most of the time I just write a few lines, not necessarily in a hurry, but enough to leave a quality answer behind with my answer.

Giving the quality answer is good, even though short sentences. But, it's best to answer question that has quality and explained further rather than short. Short sentences cannot suffice best answer to a topic.
