The New Addiction

Hey tess, not a member of FB, so can't really respond to this discussion. Just wanted you to know I'm still here and paying attention! Have enough "addictions" to deal with-don't need to add anymore~

I like looking at the Newsfeed and looking at people's statuses and pictures. Sometimes I comment.

Facebook is a playground for me. I catch up with and tease my kids and friends on it, and that's about it. I don't play the games cause I just don't have the time. And it is also good for keeping track of certain people (like my ex's wife) I need to be one step ahead of........

I spend an obscene (to me) amount of time on Facebook, but then I rationalize it by knowing that I have found lost friends and family members that I have been searching for throughout the years by simply searching Facebook for them. My favorite part of Facebook is pretty much some of the wall posts. I don't care about the posts from games and applications; I just really want to know how my friends and family are doing. I do have folks on my friend list who are only just acquaintances, but for the largest part it's old friends and family, all of whom live far far away and/or I just don't have the time or the presence of mind to contact on a daily. :)

I don't play any games on Facebook anymore. I use to play a few like the mafia wars and family feud oh and of course farmville but I quit playing them. I just didn't have time to keep up with them all. Plus, I enjoy keeping in touch with friends and family on there more so than the games. So when I sign into Facebook I typically chat with friends/family, write on their walls and look at their pictures!

Congratulations for being a part of the facebook world. When I was new in facebook I also had that addiction. I always update my status and photos. I also became addicted to farmville. Facebook is really amazing because of its features. It am happy that through facebook I am seeing my classmates since elementary and highschool. We organized our reunions through this.

Well I think I am actually spending so many hours in my facebook account.I am very addicted to this site that most of the time I am spending online is being spend in this site.The part of this site that makes me so addicted to it are the games. I really love playing games in this site.I play farmville most of the time and I am really enjoying it.I hope that facebook will have more games in it coz I am really quite a fan of the games that they have on the site.
