playing guitar before you sleep.

well nothing like a good music that makes me sleep especially songs that comes from my guitar. well after i play, there is this feeling that when i close my eyes. i fall asleep. and i am doing it everytime i cant sleep.

well i think its been 4 years maybe? thanks my friend. it still knocks me to sleep even now sir so i love my guitar.

I usually do the same thing too. It also makes me kind of relaxed and at the same time, I take it as time for practicing.
