dealing with your mental diaorder ,anxieties ,and your fears

It is not easy to deal with your fears ,anxities,or any type of mental disorder .If you have such a problem ,the first step is that you should talk to a professional who can get you started in the right path of getting better.Getting help from a counselor or other professional is very important and can provide you much help insights in dealing with your current your problem .Getting help from a professional should be the first thing you do in getting better.

interesting ... It seems a good idea to consult a specialist ... Or another option could be to invoke the "power of believing". This may not work for all, but for some, it could same some expense ... It seems if I forget first what my mind is telling me (negatives) I could "untie a negative knot" in my mind - that which caused the negative mental state... If I am able to let go of all my negative thoughts and align to the Invisible All-Powerful that makes all things possible, then perhaps all my mental ailments could disappear. Some call it praying, meditation. Some even call it a miracle. Perhaps the key is to learn to ask ... "Ask and you shall be given.. Amen" What do you think ?
