Walmart Gift card voucher

So I was going to join this savings club because it showed a picture of a walmart gift card and it was fairly cheap to join, but it said that they will send you a 100 walmart gift card voucher. What exactly is that? I know what a gift card is, and I know what a voucher is, but i've never heard of a gift card voucher before. How is it different, and am I stupid for wanting to test it out to see if it's true, or just too good to be true.
If anyone has heard of a gift card voucher please let me know if it's legit, because if it's not then I see no reason why I should fall into a scam for someone else to get money that we've worked hard for.

If they said the words (gift card) that means they'll give you a plastic card worth $100 that you my use at any walmart store it will look like a credit card but its blue with a walmart logo.
But if they said the words (voucher) that may mean somthing slightly differnt like maybe you'll recive a paper certificate worth $100 that you may spend at partisapating walmart, but most like it means you'll recive a code or card if the savings club is legit, well hope that helped.

it is actually a rebate. You get four $25 rebates over a period of 4 months for sending in receipts for purchases from walmart. So you are not receiving a gift card or a voucher for a gift card.
