Do you trust Rented Online Earning Sites?

When I was new to online earning I used to join all those online earning sites that I encountered, especially PTC sites. I remember maintaining 100 PTC sites that I need to click almost 2000 ads daily, and it takes me a whole day to do it. Until sometime I'd realized that most of those sites are scam and only few are left that is really paying. Silly me right. But from that experience, I learned something that has been my standard when choosing a PTC or online earning sites, I NEVER trust rented online earning sites. When I tried to research on those sites that scammed me, I found out that 90% of those sites that I joined and are scams, are rented sites. There are sites that offers people to rent a PTC and other kind of sites like BuxHost sites, Aurora script sites, and there is this new PTC sites that are coming out but I don't know where did they rent it but I am sure it is a rented site, since they have similar interface. I never trust them anymore.
