its the worst moment when ur dog dies may b bcoz of illness, age, disease. we all know that dog have a lifespan of around 10-12 years or more but wat after these years. ur friend gets old and dies.so does this simply means not to own any dog? or just love ur street dogs, feed them and when they die u don`t just care.

As much as it hurts to lose a dog (or any pet), I think it is very worth it to have a pet. My dog is a great companion. I could have the worst day ever and come home and my dog will wag his tail and show me so much love even if I don't show it back. I love the saying "I just wish I could be half the man my dog thinks I am". Dogs are great to take to the park, car rides, and really anything you can think of. My dog loves swimming also! I have lost some great dogs over the years and I will always cherish the time I had with them. I have adopted all of my dogs from shelters so they will get to live a better life.

Hello there, in my opinion either its a dog or cat or any other animal, we will all be loving them why? because we are human and we have feelings and those feelings make us love them in return they love us back. We became attached to them and wish will never part .

As much as the end hurts, I'm glad to have known my best friend. I'm glad I was able to have her as my pet and we made a lot of lasting loving memories together. Even though she's not here anymore, I'm glad that I've met her and I will cherish her memories forever. So, I wouldn't stop taking care of animals for the reason that they have shorter lives than me. And even if I cared for those dogs on the streets, I wouldn't be able to help to not get attached to them that I will grieve for their deaths as much as I have to any other special animals.
