Yeah, like everybody else is saying, it's fine to download in torrentz. Most, if not all downloadables there are for free so no worries.

You will be totally fine.. download anything you want games/movies/songs/software and if you like that so much, support the developers or creators by buying too.. well anyways, getting caught for downloading, doesn't likely happens in any part of the world, but if you are offering copyright content to download that brings in the risk. no body gets arrested for downloading movies. its safe but not legit. :)

well i use torrentz to download movies,games,softwares. and its safe. actually torrent is a client which enables u to share data between pc-2-pc.and accordings to the rules u cant be arrested for sharing data betwwen two computers. the diference is that it need a net. so its safe.

The general rules of thumb are that you don't want to download huge amounts at one time, and don't put your computer on share mode or whatever it is. Just do a couple songs or movies or whatever at a time. You just don't want to draw attention to yourself. Typically if you're doing it of of a private IP address, you will be fine. Now, if you're going to download things from a public hotspot, like a college campus or public wi-fi, like Starbucks, that's definitely not a good idea. Personally, I don't know anyone that's ever been caught by using a private IP address to download things. You should be fine.
