Elebux still under construction, suspicious

Elebux was out for more than 2 weeks from my memory, and today I try to check it out again, it is still under construction. It just sound so suspicious, isn't it? I just don't know whether continue on this website or not, because I afraid that my earning just be gone. Well, I pray that just a minor issue with their system, and they can straight it out. Otherwise, another scam site needed to be reported to PTC investigator.

"Page under construction" might be the act to avoid or reduce the PayPal / AlertPay disputes.As the members used to wait for the return of the site they are loosing their opportunity to file the dispute with the PayPal processors.Everyday lots of members are crossing their dispute period of 30 days/45 days..This itself is the major profit to the site. They will not come back it seems. Atleast here after the members can file dispute if they have the eligibility without waiting for the site to come back..Even if it come back its not possible to have active members.Hence we can not earn from the rented referrals also.

it seems to me that they are done with the business and the status message of website being under construction is just a trick to get some time to move the fund from the paypal account.its better to file a charge back if you bought upgrade account.

I already think it's gone the site if it only had minor issues I think it would be up and running a lot sooner than 2weeks either that or the owner doesn't know how to manage/edit a website to fix the bugs but then again it's been sold and given back to the original owner then resold apparently so no one really knows who owns the site now. You any ideas who owns it?
