I have a lot of family in Croatia, and I am planning on visiting next year, so I really want to learn the language. Can anyone recommend some software or anything to help me learn the croatian language? I know this is a question but I really need some help. MyLotters to the rescue!

I can't really tell you of a software because I have tried several of them for learning languages and honestly they weren't anything special, ever!!
But I have had quite good results with the book serie "teach yourself...", try to check if there is a "teach yourself croatian", they are really well written and help a lot.
Also other two things that help a lot when you know the basics are:
1. registering on some local message board and post from time to time
2. read anything you can find in that language, books, magazines, newspapers, websites...anything!
I hope it helps!
