How much is the highest earning you get in Paid-To-Click sites?

We've been seeing online ads everywhere about Paid-To-Click sites where you click a website ad and wait for 150 seconds then you earn cents for every ad you click?. Has anyone tried that and does it really pays you? I'm interested but I'm thinking maybe it's a waste of time. Does anyone knows if its worth it?

Yeah it does work although earnings are small unless you build up a down line to earn of them. So it all depends on how much effort you are willing to put in and a bit of luck.
