Does getting a job in off-campus is very difficult??

hi..i've been getting many comments about getting a job in off-campus which is not at all proceeding as per the rules..its not analysing all the peoples who are cuming..they are just stop recruiting once they achieved their count..does it hurt students who are fit to be in??..

it is not that difficult
but compare to on-campus it is difficult

hii..yes definitely it hurts students who work hard.companies will randomly select paper and correct them.so most of the papers will not be evaluated..i have seen this directly did by a company.so off-campus must not be conducted.it is purely based on luck..
