SLEEPING without COMPANION!!!!

Hey Mylotters, A friend of mine, talks to me of what she is going to do because she cannot sleep without a companion. Wen she was still young, she can sleep with herself but when she already get old, she cannot already sleep. Something weird right??When i asked her of why is that so, she answered that there are something that bothers her in the night, Its a supernatural. I try me self to dont believe her but all when i sleep one night with her, I so scared with what i witnessed. In the middle of the night, she was sleeping with her eyes open and it seems that she is paralyzed in her bed with sweat in her face. I touch her then after that she can already move. When i asked her what happened, she said that there is a black person who is trying to embraced her. I am trying myself to disbelieved her but what i have seen is true. She was really crying in that night. I want to help my friend but what should i do???Anyone can help me..plzzz. Thankz so much..
