does saying the truth will always set us free?

Hi there zills66!!! Well in most of the situations I have encounter I can say that this is true.Saying the truth for me in a very awkward and very complicated situation helps me lighten the burden that I am feeling inside my heart.Though sometimes it can hurt others but I always make it a point to not to prolong my burden by always telling the truth. It is hard when you are being put in a situation wherein someone is asking you to be true or tell the truth.If you know that saying the truth will help eliminate the problem you are currently facing then you might as well tell the truth.But if telling the truth will worsen the issue then try to endure it more and wait for the time to tell the truth and free your self from the agony.
