Who are you??

Once upon a time a phone number appeared from nowhere. When you sent message to that number, the reply then became apparent as from the opposite s3x. The message you received asks who are you? What reply is recommended after that text? Can you say the reply together with the counter reply coming from the mystery person?

sometimes the sms could go hang or error.
well if i were the one who receive it, i will just ignore it and turn off my cell
