What is the best movie ever?

What really is the best movie in the world? Some say 'Citizen Kane', some say 'Gone With The Wind'. More up to date would be the proclamation that 'The Godfather' is the best film, or maybe it is 'Pulp Fiction'.
I know that my favourite film is probably 'City Of God', but does this make it the best? Probably not.
What do you think, and why?

I used to be a movie addict during my college years, going to the theatres atleast 3 times a week. I enjoyed different kinds of movies, comedies, tragedies, musicals, historical, and so on. There are excellent movies in each of those categories. I would think one would pick the best movies in each category, depending on the preferences.

I will be viased cause To me the Best movie is CNN"s All time best movie "HIMALA" winning over giants productions from Asia and Hollywood. It's a Filipino film about a faith healer called Elsa. If you have time, try to watch and judge it by yourself if it deserves the prestigious award!

You wanna know the best movie in the World? Go to Indonesia and/or ask Indonesian people about 'G.30S/PKI' movie, which played every 30-September when Presiden Suharto still alive. Why? Because the movie is a big people lies (governments, military, teachers, parents and many peoples make a false history together).
