Reseting Facebook password?pls help

i tried to login with my password but it said that password is incorrect . i reset my pw with the help of process. i got a new password but forget wat was it.so again i tried it but now its saying that "your password could not be reset you are reached the limit of password reset attempts.. can i reset it after 24 hr pls tell me nd help me.... guys

I don't think you can. Try to press forgot password button when you try to login. you will have to type in email. When that happens. go to your email. There will be either a link or your password. Press or use it. DON'T forget to press keep me logged on. so you don't have to keep trping login.
