Small amount of money invesment

All HYIP and money cycler program are scam and ponzi scheme.I won't suggest you to make an investment into HYIP or some interest paying program..there are some place like Neobux where you can buy referrals to increase your earning and some social networking site where you can earn more with upgrade account..I would say just review them and go with legit one.

I would suggest to keep the money. I found it quicker not to invest money to gain more money. Some people suggested hyip sites. Most of these are all scams so I keep away from them also. I haven't seen a hyip site that accepts paypal which I find very suspicious. If a site don't accept paypal I think they are likely to be or become a scam.

I would suggest you invest half in NeoBux and half in OnBux. Never put all of your eggs in one basket, but the two sites are actively paying members. I would say more NeoBux than OnBux, but that would be more of my personal opinion versus the majority opinion. Get some rented referrals to help increase your earnings even more, then you can make your investment back and put it into something else.
