yoga works but it is essential to follow the steps and guidance if necessary to the maximum. yoga is a very strong treatment to the mind and body so if it is administered waywardly then it will result in pain and discomfort. it can also be discomfort if the body is not fed the correct food.

ok about the reverse reaction of yoga, not everyone can practice yoga, it is common that people who practice yoga and are hypertensive and have spinal problem should consider medical advice. yoga would increase heart rate and can result negatively with hypertensive person, people with spinal problem can accelerate spinal degeneration, it can also cause tissues to wear and tear. about the food persons who practice yoga should eat vegetarian diet that is cooked simple and less spicy so that the nutritive values are retain. eating the opposite to this type of food will result the body less healthy and restless.

Yoga can be good for your health in many ways, but it won't cure any diseases, no matter what you've been told. If your health problems are from lack of excercise and being overweight, yoga can help with those if you do it regularly and have a teacher who really knows what he or she is doing. There are such a large variety of poses that they can tone up your body, improve your blood circulation and breathing, and even help with problems like constipation. Like any kind of exercise, you can overdo and cause more problems than you're helping. Don't ever let it be a substitute for finding out what's causing real problems and then doing something about them with the help of a doctor. Yoga is a supplement to health care. It isn't a substitute for proper medical treatment, if that's what you need.

I have no experience with trying to use yoga to cure anything. But I'm suspicious of claims by people who have supposedly been cured by doing yoga. The problem is that most people who do yoga are doing other things at the same time to improve their health. They may be paying more attention to their diet and eating healthier foods. They may also actually be under treatment for their problem. Anytime you do two or more things at once, there's no way to determine which is the one that made the difference. This is one of the basics that underlies scientific research. You have to isolate the factor that you're trying to test. But if someone has been doing several things that are supposed to help them with a health problem, and it clears up after they start doing yoga, then they're probably going to think it's the yoga that was responsible. Think about people who praise god for curing them, or even claim it's a miracle, when they've been under a doctor's care all the time. Many conditions are very slow to be cured, so if the person has been under a doctor's care for a long time, when the condition finally goes away, they credit god instead of medicine.

I have been practising "yoga meditation" for a number of years now, atleast 30 minutes a day in the evenings after I get back home from work. That is very helpful in relaxing and getting rid of the stresses of the long day at work. In that way, I truly believe yoga meditation is very helpful for mental and physical health.

for some yoga does work. I know a friend who does yoga and it worked well for her. She was able to slim down and be more healthy. But I could not do this because I have poor concentration.

I have done some yoga and it definitely works, improves your posture, relaxes and brings away anything that comes from being stressed out. The reason why I stopped is I have some knee and ankle problems that can't get fixed and I couldn't hold some positions. I could skip them of course, but I didn't like to stand there doing nothing while everyone else in the room was doing it so I stopped. Maybe if my ankle and knee will ever get fixed I will restart that. Also it improves your flexibility dramatically, give it a try!

I enrolled in a Yoga class for ten sessions. It started last week. For my first session, my muscles were aching the following day! I learned from my first session that yoga can really help one relax through the right breathing techniques. I will do my best to learn the poses properly and practice it in my life.

I can give you hundred percent assurance about the function of yoga. I think if you thin it will work or not you may practice for few months and I think you can solve your own questions. I think all the yoga are very good for your health. I saw many people who practice yoga regularly and they do not have any physical problem in their body in spite of their old age.
