Eggs is a important item in your daily meal.You should take atleast a egg each day.I take 2 eggs after my gym session.It is good if taken with milk.Did you have your egg today???

That's great to hear. I always have at least two in a day. These are chicken eggs, right? I also love to eat the small quail eggs but the cholesterol level of one of those is just about the same as that of the bigger chicken egg. And when it comes to eating quail eggs, I can gobble up a dozen in one sitting.
