Alertpay account verification: Please I need help!

good day to all....I am in desperate need of people who would answer my question on how to verify my alertpay account....you see i have already tried the option c in alertpay which is phone verification..but my account is still unverified,i am living in the philippines so direct bank wiring is not available so i was wondering if that phone validation was already enough. please help...If the answer is that the phone validation is not enough then do i have to verify it using a credit card? i don't want to use by credit card for verification so i was planning to use a debit card for verification....Can I use debit card for alertpay verification. Hope someone would answer my question?? It would be a big help for a newcomer like me ^_^ Thanks in advance!

Yes, you can use a debit card for AlertPay verification. That's your only option left to use. You have to verify 2 out of the 3 possible ways that AlertPay gives you in order to be completely verified.

sigh....yeah i think that's the only option that i can do...need to go to bank to apply for debit card....Thanks again for always answering my questions ^_^
