Revver. is it still paying?

I am about to sign up for an account with Revver, where you get paid to upload videos. I doubt that they are still paying , anyone here a member of that website? thank you guys

The site didn't mentioned anything about revenue sharing like how much percentage they are sharing with uploader.how much is minimum payout and payment processor type.I checked out their forum links but its down for some reason.the site could be a possible scam.

The feedback i have heard about it in the past has been very negative so i would be wary.
