Avoid grapefruit if she takes any cholesterol meds because it can interfere with absorption. The others have no interactions that I know of to other medicines.

I am diabetic.
Was told consume more fruits and vegetable. But was asked to eat half an apple or half a banana a day only. How to do that.
Reduce carbohydrate. But rice is a staple where I come from.
At the end I can only say is. Eat moderately compared to previously. Monitor your glucose level daily if possible until you know the routine.
Have a sugar free life.

A banana is always good. It helps the kidneys function well. Any fruit is actually all right if taken in moderation. Two or three grapes would do. A thin slice of apple and even a thinner piece of mango.
