Pride and Shame

Just a little word of wisdom from my favorite character, Uncle Iroh. Pride is not the opposite of shame, it is its source. Humility is to let go of our pride and gives us peace of mind. I agree to this a hundred fold. We shouldn't be proud because we cannot exist alone. We cannot survive alone. There are times that we need others and there are times that others need us. Being humble makes it easier for us to approach people we need and in need. Shame will pull us down, limiting our opportunities and hope. With humility, we can accept our mistakes and let go of regrets. Any additional idea/wisdom or any agreement? Question or suggestion? Lovingly accepted ^_^ good day~
