I'm having a bad day (literally and aside from a nasty weather outside) and like other people who really cannot take it any longer, I let out a good, long cry as a mark of 'letting it go' and 'moving on'. Besides some popcorn and chocolate, I usually venture to the internet to find some funny stuff - text, videos, whatever - to reinforce my resolve. However, I have the concern of having my red, puffy eyes bracing the glares of my laptop. Is okay to go online while my eyes are still puffy. Will this affect my eye condition (astigmatism) that I really want to fix? Thanks in advance for putting my mind to rest.

I am sure, it will put more stress on your eyes but it will certainly give you something to think about apart from your problems.
Hope it will help you to forget your problems:
