Can love cross the distance between different country?

Many people want to find a boy or a girl friend from different country.But it is always something understand that I have no worlds to discribe it.So I want to say if you can marry a boy or a girl who has different nationality with you,pleasetell me,Can love cross the distance between you and your honey?

Yes I believe love can cross the distance. Maybe not 100 years ago but with todays technology your lover is a phone call or plane flight away.
