Describe your Neighbors?

Hello, I want to know if you all like your neighbors or not? If you have good relationship with them or not. I would say that I neither have a good relationship or bad relationship with my neighbors, because I hardly know any of my neighbors. However, I do have some loud neighbors that party all weekend and make so much noise. This makes me really mad, because I can't goto sleep with all that noise. Sometimes it gets really worse that police has to come into our building because other neighbors who are trying to sleep can't fall asleep and call the police. We have complained to our management about the loud neighbors, but it doesn't seem to work lol. Every weekend some neighbor gets too much drunk and there you go again. Or someday its the loud dog barking next door that wakes you up in the morning without an alarm. Please share your experience.
